Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom and understand their leasing needs.

  • Explain Lease-to-Own (LTO) and Ijari products, offers, and basic terms clearly to customers.

  • Support the sales process by preparing quotations, collecting documents, and updating records in SAP.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to support vehicle preparation and customer handover.

  • Assist with customer follow-ups and handle basic inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Support senior sales staff in achieving showroom sales targets and promoting leasing products.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Bilingual (Arabic & English) - written and spoken

  • Minimum 1 year of automotive showroom sales experience

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Proactive, confident, and resilient - taking ownership of tasks 

  • Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills
