Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Fintech
Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building
and maintaining client relationships, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets., and a keen
eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels (cold calling, networking,
referrals, and online research).
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory or industry.
Provide accurate and timely reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market
trends.
Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
Handle objections and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in industry, e.g., fintech, retail, software, etc. .
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is
preferred.
