Lead Validator / Telesales — Call Center Experience

We are a dynamic law firm seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Lead Validator / Telesales professional with call center experience to join our growing client acquisition team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in validating inbound leads, conducting qualification calls, and converting prospects into clients.

This position requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of client engagement within a legal services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Validate and qualify incoming legal service leads based on internal criteria before assigning them to Client Relationship Managers or Legal Consultants

  • Conduct outbound verification and follow-up calls to confirm lead details, assess legal needs, and determine interest level

  • Collaborate closely with the legal sales team to optimize lead flow, conversion strategies, and client engagement

  • Handle inbound inquiries, provide basic information about services, and direct qualified leads appropriately

  • Ensure all leads are contacted within the required timeframe to maximize conversion potential

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and update lead status in the system

  • Provide regular reports on lead quality, conversion progress, and call performance to the Sales Manager

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback on lead sources and client behavior trends

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a call center, lead validation, or telesales role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak confidently and professionally with clients

  • Customer-focused, with a courteous, empathetic approach to handling inquiries and sensitive matters

  • Familiarity with legal services or general knowledge of legal processes is a strong advantage

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently and within a team

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
