Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Business Development Identify and generate new leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and industry events. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects. Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs. 2. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, facility managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers. Provide clients with information about services such as cleaning, security, maintenance, landscaping, waste management, and technical services. Handle client inquiries and provide timely, professional responses. 3. Sales Strategy & Execution Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and service proposals. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements in line with company policies. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Update and maintain CRM systems with accurate sales activity records. 4. Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with operations, technical, and finance teams to ensure feasibility of proposed solutions. Participate in handover meetings to ensure smooth transition from sales to service delivery. Provide market feedback to support product development and continuous service improvement. 5. Market & Competitor Analysis Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and facility management industry developments. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for existing clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education & Experience Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Facilities Management, or related field (preferred). 2–5 years of sales experience, ideally within facilities management, property services, or B2B services.
