Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute international sales strategies to expand the company’s presence in global markets.

  2. Identify and develop new business opportunities with international clients, investors, and channel partners.

  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas agencies, brokers, and strategic partners.

  4. Conduct market research to identify emerging markets, trends, and competitive positioning.

  5. Lead international sales campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

  6. Manage the entire sales cycle including lead generation, negotiations, and closing deals.

  7. Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to align international sales initiatives with company objectives.

  8. Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and ensure targets and KPIs are consistently achieved.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.

  2. Proven experience in international sales or business development, preferably within real estate, property development, or related sectors.

  3. Strong network with international brokers, agencies, or investors is highly preferred.

  4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  5. Ability to travel internationally for business development and promotional events.

  6. Strong analytical skills and market insight to identify growth opportunities.
