Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for refilling petrol and diesel for vehicles, providing exceptional service and information to customers, and ensuring smooth transactions throughout their shift.
Responsibilities:
Dispense fuel accurately and safely to vehicles as per customer requests.
Greet customers politely and provide friendly, professional service at all times.
Ensure correct handling of fuel pumps, nozzles, and safety equipment.
Follow all safety procedures related to fuel handling, fire prevention, and emergency response.
Maintain cleanliness of the fuel station area, pumps, and surrounding premises.
Assist customers with basic inquiries related to fuel types, prices, and services.
Collect payments accurately and handle cash or electronic transactions responsibly.
Report any fuel leaks, equipment faults, or safety hazards to superiors immediately.
Monitor fuel levels and assist in stock control as instructed by supervisors.
Support vehicle movement and traffic flow within the station to ensure safety.
Participate in safety trainings and operational briefings.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
Minimum educational qualification: Secondary
At least 1-2 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
