Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Sales Representative to join the sales team of our hotel, a member of the Accor network . In this role, you will be responsible for developing sales revenue in the group, seminar, corporate and MICE segments, while actively contributing to customer satisfaction and the sustainable growth of the establishment.
Main missions
Respond to commercial requests and develop suitable proposals while ensuring the profitability of the offers.
Negotiate annual contracts with corporate clients and ensure their follow-up until finalization.
Ensure follow-up of group and MICE files (from initial request to post-event service).
Collaborating with operational departments to ensure an optimal customer experience.
Re-engaging with quotes, building customer loyalty and contributing to the development of new markets.
Participate in local sales and marketing activities (events, emailing, customer visits).
Desired Candidate Profile
Sense of service, excellent interpersonal skills and a taste for commercial challenge.
- Ability to negotiate and manage a client portfolio independently.
- Organization, rigor and responsiveness to requests.
- My mastery of office tools and hotel systems (such as Opera, CRM).
- My professional mastery of French and English.
