Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by providing expert insurance advice, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, networking, and referrals, expanding the client base.
- Conduct thorough needs analyses to understand client requirements and recommend tailored insurance solutions that meet their needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, effectively communicating the value of insurance products.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to policy issuance, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and maintain a competitive edge.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, contributing to the overall success of the sales team and company.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring policyholder satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriting and claims, to ensure efficient policy processing and claim resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, sales data, and activity reports in the CRM system.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for understanding insurance principles.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the insurance industry in the Kuwaiti market showcasing a track record of success in selling insurance products.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of various insurance products, including life, health, property, and casualty insurance, enabling effective client consultations.
- Exhibits fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic ensuring clear and effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Possesses exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, facilitating effective client interactions and sales.
- Demonstrates strong negotiation and closing skills, successfully converting leads into paying clients and achieving sales targets.
- Exhibits a proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Displays a high level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct, building trust with clients and maintaining a positive company image.
