Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in flooring, interiors, fit-out, or related building material industries. The ideal candidate should have strong outdoor sales experience, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven ability to generate business opportunities across the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market.
Promote and sell flooring products, interior solutions, and related services to contractors, consultants, designers, and end users.
Conduct outdoor sales visits, meetings, and product presentations to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
Follow up on inquiries, tenders, and project opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and project execution.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records.

Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
4 to 5 years of proven sales experience in flooring, interiors, fit-out, tiles, carpets, wood flooring, or related industry in UAE is mandatory
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of UAE market, contractors, consultants, and project sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting.
