Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for medical PPE.
  • Identify and establish new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, distributors, and government healthcare entities.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Provide product demonstrations and training to potential and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to optimize sales efforts and develop promotional strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards for medical PPE.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bacheloru2019s degree in Business, Marketing, Medical Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in medical PPE, healthcare products, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of the medical PPE market and regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, procurement departments, and distributors.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Driving License: Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
