Roles & Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets (Volume, Value, and GP%).
- Develop action plans to increase distribution in hotels, restaurants, caf s, catering companies, and pubs.
- Expand product listings and ensure visibility in key accounts.
- Monitor product mix and push high-margin items.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with major HORECA clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, credit terms, and annual agreements.
