Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Greet customers and assess their needs, providing expert advice on motorcycle models, parts, and accessories.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, quotes, and financing options to clients.
  • Conduct test rides and showcase product features to prospective buyers.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships to ensure repeat business and build customer loyalty.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and defined performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with service and parts departments to ensure comprehensive customer service.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to maximize sales strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must have requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of motorcycle sales experience in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of motorcycles, parts, and accessories.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and effectively assess their needs.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid motorcycle license and a clean driving record.

Nice to have requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Passion for motorcycles and a keen interest in motorcycle culture.
  • Fluency in additional languages relevant to the Dubai market.
