Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share for Dubai Misr s real estate projects.

Monitor daily sales activities, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, share best practices, and address challenges.

Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff to enhance their skills and productivity.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Collaborate with marketing and project teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.

Resolve escalated client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of sales team members.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

4 to 7 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, preferably in the real estate sector.

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop others.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

Solid understanding of sales techniques, market analysis, and customer relationship management.

Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to management.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.

Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.

Willingness to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
