Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Client & Business Development

  • Support the team in building long-term client relationships by leveraging clienteling tools and personalized engagement strategies.

  • Foster a strong client-first mindset within the team to enhance customer experience and loyalty.

  • Ensure the team maintains comprehensive product knowledge to deliver expert advice and recommendations.

  • Assist store management in achieving business objectives by supporting reporting, sales analysis, product training, and other key initiatives.

Selling & Floor Management

  • Oversee the shop floor to ensure optimal staff coverage during peak trading hours.

  • Lead by example by demonstrating strong sales leadership and best-in-class selling techniques.

  • Provide support during the selling ceremony when required to maximize customer satisfaction and sales conversion.

Store Operations

  • Supervise and execute store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, register reconciliation, bank deposits, and securing the facility.

  • Ensure accurate processing of all POS transactions and inventory functions, including transfers, receiving, repairs, and damage handling, to maintain inventory integrity.

  • Adhere to and enforce loss prevention policies and operational procedures.

Leadership Presence

  • Demonstrate exemplary performance across all operational and customer-facing responsibilities.

  • Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints, exchanges, and inquiries.

  • Act as a liaison between store staff and management regarding performance concerns and operational feedback.

  • Propose and implement action plans to improve store efficiency, processes, and organization.

  • Educate and guide the team on sales strategies, personal sales targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Brand Representation & Store Standards

  • Serve as an ambassador of the brand, embodying its culture, quality, and craftsmanship.

  • Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are consistently achieved and maintained.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

  • High school degree or equivalent preferred.

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the retail or hospitality industry.

  • Good knowledge of the fashion/beauty industry and current trends.

  • Strong retail operational skills, including stock management, visual merchandising, systems, and cash handling.

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a results-oriented approach.

  • Leadership and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent relationship-building skills paired with integrity and trust.

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and take initiatives proactively.

  • Proficiency in computer skills and strong communication capabilities.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
