Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Client & Business Development
Support the development of long-term client relationships through effective use of clienteling tools and personalized engagement.
Foster a strong client-first mindset within the team to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
Ensure team members maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver informed recommendations.
Assist store management in achieving business objectives by supporting reporting, sales analysis, product training, and key initiatives.
Selling & Floor Management
Oversee the shop floor to ensure optimal staff coverage during peak trading hours.
Lead by example by demonstrating strong sales leadership and best-in-class selling techniques.
Actively support the team during selling ceremonies to maximize conversion and customer satisfaction.
Store Operations
Supervise and perform store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, register reconciliation, bank deposits, and facility security.
Ensure accurate processing of all POS transactions and inventory activities to maintain stock integrity (transfers, receiving, repairs, and damages).
Enforce adherence to operational procedures and loss prevention policies.
Leadership Presence
Demonstrate exemplary performance and professionalism across all operational and customer-facing functions.
Effectively resolve customer complaints, returns, exchanges, and service inquiries.
Act as a liaison between store staff and management on performance feedback and operational concerns.
Develop and implement action plans to improve store efficiency, organization, and workflow.
Educate and guide the team on sales plans, personal sales goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Brand Representation & Store Standards
Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the brand’s culture, values, quality, and craftsmanship.
Ensure store visual presentation and merchandising standards are consistently achieved and maintained.

Retail operational skills including stock management, cash handling, and systems.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
Leadership and proactive problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
What Qualifies You For The Role:
High school degree or equivalent preferred.
2-3 years of experience in retail or hospitality industry.
Good knowledge of the fashion/beauty industry and trends.
Retail operational skills including stock management, visual merchandising, systems, and cash handling.
Customer service and results-oriented mindset.
Leadership and problem-solving skills.
Excellent relationship skills and ability to build trust.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and take initiatives.
Proactive with good team spirit.
Strong communication skills.
Computer skills and an ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
