Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

· Market Expansion:

o Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and acquire new customers.

o Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for sales expansion.

· Sales Monitoring and Reporting:

o Develop a monthly sales plan to achieve personal and team targets.

o Monitor sales performance and track progress towards targets.

o Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management review.

o Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

o Prepare and submit sales and collection reports as instructed by the direct manager, on a daily, weekly, and/or monthly basis.

· Team Supervision:

o Supervise all salesmen and merchandisers within the assigned territory.

o Ensure the team completes all daily visits and meets sales objectives.

o Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

o Provide training and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

· Customer Relationship Management:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.

o Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

o Plan and execute promotional activities and sales campaigns to drive product awareness and increase sales.

· Outlet Visits:

o Visit all outlets within the assigned area at least once a month to ensure product availability and visibility.

o Ensure the company has the best display and location within the category.

o Monitor due collections and follow up on overdue payments to ensure timely collections.

· Inventory Management:

o Collaborate with the supply chain and warehouse to ensure adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand.

o Monitor stock levels and coordinate product replenishment as needed.

o Operate within the company's standards and procedures at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

· Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.

· Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

· English language, Arabic speaker is a plus
