Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Follow all steps of the sales process, i.e., prospecting, meet and greet, consultation, presentation, demonstration, negotiation, gaining commitment, closure and delivery, and post-sale follow-up.
  • Ensure documentation procedures are performed as laid down by the company and liaise closely with other departments to complete the sales process.
  • Report daily activities to the Branch Manager / Area Manager.
  • Achieve sales targets as set by management.
  • Maximize all possible sales opportunities and maintain and grow the existing customer database.
  • Gain comprehensive product knowledge as well as knowledge of competitors’ products.
  • Promote finance and insurance products, determining customer qualifications and profiles to ensure appropriateness of the offer.
  • Track and follow up on incomplete sales and make efforts to close them.
  • Coordinate with parts and service teams to present a complete offer to clients.

Team Supervision

  • Supervise the sales team.
  • Support the achievement of business targets.
  • Motivate and energies team performance to meet and exceed set KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and development of team members.
  • Provide quality monitoring and feedback.
  • Identify obstacles and implement solutions.
  • Foster a strong team spirit.

Customer Experience

  • Consistently exceed customer expectations, creating an exceptional experience during the purchase of a new car.
  • Effectively schedule customer follow-ups, deliveries, and new customer acquisition, utilizing strong time management.
  • Assist customers in making the correct choice of vehicle and build loyalty by providing a personalized and tailored sales experience.
  • Achieve sales satisfaction index targets by providing excellent customer service.
  • Ensure accurate collection and submission of customer details.
  • Regularly visit key customers to build, grow, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ensure smooth, clean, and defect-free delivery of sold vehicles as promised to customers.
  • Ensure all contact (written, oral, and personal) with customers is conducted in a manner that enhances the company’s reputation.
  • Participate in showroom events and marketing and sales initiatives.

Other Related Tasks

  • Perform other duties as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification

  • Diploma or equivalent in a related field.

Work Experience

  • 2–3 years of sales experience in the automobile or related industry.

Competencies

  • Computer proficient with strong communication skills.

Languages

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of spoken Arabic is an advantage.
