Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Preparing P& L analysis documents according to defined format based on Micro strategy data
Preparing documentation for customer claims
Preparing price and copper overviews according to defined format
Coordination of customer requirements ( sample and spare part order ) with internal departments and prepare tracking activities
Preparing calculations for technical changes by using in house ERP ( KROSYS) tools
Preparing BOM and price calculation offline
preparing figures for cost structure models for cost calculation
Documentation of technical changes and tracking change management process
Attending internal interdisciplinary meetings for technical changes with functions of development, Industrial Engineering, Quality, Logistics.
Description and explanation of technical changes according to formats ( eg. Cost Break Down) required by clients
Support of central sales located in HQ - Germany for preparing quotations and customer documentation according to specific instructions
Support of sales headquarter located in Germany for preparing the commercial annual planning budget
Desired Candidate Profile
Education : Preferred Technical bachelor's degree ( Electrical Background) or Bachelors in Commercial areas with technical background.
Technical (electrical) knowledge / experience (wiring industry preferred). 3to 5 years' experience in related fields.
Good Knowledge ans skills in MS Office (Excel/ word).
Excellent Communication skills in English.
