Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Team Leader to join our rapidly growing organization. In this role, you will lead, mentor, and drive the sales team to achieve organizational goals. Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to exceed targets and expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand the company's customer base.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team members' sales and negotiation skills.
  • Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create effective sales push strategies.
  • Maintain and build strong customer relationships and negotiate deals as needed.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities within the market.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and KPIs to senior management.
  • Encourage and reward a healthy, competitive team environment with recognition programs.
  • Organize and oversee sales events and exhibitions to promote products and services.
  • Work closely with HR in the hiring process to recruit and train top sales talent.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in previous roles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient with CRM software and other sales technology tools to support the team.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
