Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Drive the sales team to exceed monthly targets by implementing strategic sales plans and consistently monitoring performance metrics.
Looking for someone who will not only build team but will also be acting mentor for team.
Recruit, train, and mentor new sales agents, providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed in the competitive real estate market.
Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions to provide feedback, address concerns, and foster a collaborative environment.
Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business through proactive communication.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Holds a valid real estate license and any relevant certifications such as Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).
- Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Has proven experience in the residential real estate market, with a strong network of contacts in the local area.
