Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage guest inquiries, bookings, and check-ins/check-outs, ensuring a seamless and positive guest experience.
Oversee property maintenance, coordinating repairs and ensuring the holiday homes are always in top condition.
Handle financial transactions, including rent collection, vendor payments, and preparing financial reports.
Liaise with property owners, providing regular updates on occupancy, maintenance, and any issues.
Hands on portals like - Air BNB/Bookingcom
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property management, holiday homes, or real estate administration.
- Demonstrates excellent proficiency in English and ideally another language relevant to the target market.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of property management software and online booking platforms.
