Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Organize and conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and share best practices.
Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales team members.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
