• Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver effective tele-sales training programs for telesales teams.
  
• Train new hires on product knowledge, tele-sales techniques, objection handling, and customer engagement.
  
• Conduct refresher sessions to enhance the skills and performance of existing telesales staff.
  
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, role-plays, and performance feedback.
  
• Collaborate with operations and HR teams to identify training needs and skill gaps.
  
• Prepare training reports and suggest improvements for overall sales performance.
  
• Ensure consistent communication standards and customer-centric selling approaches.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Tele-Sales Trainer, Team Leader, or similar role in telesales.
  
• Strong knowledge of telesales processes, customer handling, and performance coaching.
  
• Fluency in Hindi (English will be an added advantage).
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and tracking training progress.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and motivational skills.
  
• Ability to adapt training style to suit different learning needs.
  
• Must own a laptop/desktop with stable internet.
  
• Industry experience in gaming, fintech, or call center management is highly preferred.
  
• Immediate joiners preferred.
