Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Training & Coaching
Develop and maintain sales scripts using AI.
Conduct 1-on-1 performance reviews leveraging technology-driven tools.
Lead daily and weekly sales briefings to align the team on priorities and performance goals.
Run weekly role-play sessions focused on objection handling, upselling, and negotiation.
Conduct monthly large-scale training sessions, including guest speakers and experts.
Onboard new joiners with a structured sales kit and induction program (in collaboration with IT & HR).
Performance Management & Analysis
Listen to and analyze sales calls, emails, and WhatsApp interactions to extract insights and develop case studies.
Use AI-driven analytics to track performance, identify gaps, and create targeted action plans.
Monitor and evaluate sales events and client interactions, reporting results and recommending improvements.
Design and implement monthly training programs tailored to evolving market dynamics.
Continuous Support
Provide ongoing guidance and support to sales team members in real timeb>.
Act as a mentor and motivator, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership to align training initiatives with business objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in business, Sales, or related field (master s preferred).
Strong knowledge of AI tools and platforms for sales performance analysis.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English (written and spoken).
Proven ability to inspire, mentor, and challenge sales teams.
Highly organized, analytical, and results driven.
5+ years experience in sales training, coaching, or performance management preferably within real estate, luxury, or high-value sectors.
