Responsibilities

·       Manage users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and general system configuration.

·       Build and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, and automation.

·       Develop reports and dashboards for sales, operations, and leadership teams.

·       Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and assist users with day-to-day questions.

·       Work with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and design Salesforce solutions that match business needs.

·       Support data imports, exports, deduplication efforts, and data quality projects.

·       Assist with integrations using APIs or connected apps, plus middleware when applicable.

·       Implement, update, and maintain automation using Flows; support simple Apex updates when needed.

·       Maintain system security, audits, field access, and compliance standards.

·       Document configuration, processes, and changes.

·       Participate in testing, deployment, and change management.

Requirements:

·       2 to 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

·       Strong configuration skills, including Flows, reports, dashboards, and security model.

·       Hands-on experience with Data Loader, Workbench, or similar tools.

·       Ability to read or edit simple Apex triggers and classes.

·       Experience supporting integrations or working with APIs.

·       Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

·       Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate clearly with non-technical users.

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Experience with AvSight or other aviation-focused Salesforce managed packages.

·       Background in aviation, supply chain, or parts operations.

·       Salesforce Administrator certification.
