Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end design and development of a Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) product.
  • Define the product vision, technical architecture, and development roadmap, ensuring seamless integration within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Lead the migration from SiteGenesis to a PWA/composable architecture, implementing best practices for scalability and performance.
  • Architect and design SFCC solutions aligned with business requirements and eCommerce modernization strategies.
  • Establish the technical roadmap, integration strategy, and system architecture for the new eCommerce platform.
  • Ensure seamless third-party integrations, including APIs and cloud-based technologies.
  • Provide strategic guidance on performance optimization, security, and best practices in SFCC development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams developers, business analysts, and product managers to successfully execute the migration plan.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends to drive continuous innovation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) architecture and implementation.
  • Proven expertise in migrating from SiteGenesis to PWA/composable commerce.
  • Strong knowledge of PWA frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular) and headless commerce architecture.
  • Experience in cloud-based eCommerce migration and microservices-based architecture.
  • Expertise in Salesforce best practices, API integrations, and third-party system connectivity.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:-

  • Salesforce B2C Commerce Architect Certification is a plus.
  • Experience in serverless computing, AI-driven commerce solutions, and modern eCommerce architectures.
  • Previous experience in developing and launching products for resale within the Salesforce ecosystem.
