Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Flows, and system integrations, with experience working on large-scale Salesforce implementations. This is a technical hands-on role requiring solution design capability, clean coding standards, and enterprise-level thinking.

Develop and customize solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

  1. Write, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, and web services

  2. Design and develop Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  3. Build and optimize Record-triggered Flows and automation

  4. Implement REST/SOAP integrations with external systems

  5. Work with Conga, Nintex (Drawloop) for document automation

  6. Customize UI using HTML & CSS

  7. Participate in peer code reviews and technical design sessions

  8. Prepare technical documentation, data mapping, and solution designs

  9. Perform unit testing and support integration testing

  10. Provide accurate development effort estimates

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience

  • Strong experience in:

    • Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch, Async)

    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)

    • Salesforce Flows

    • REST & SOAP integrations

    • Sales Cloud & Service Cloud

  • Experience with Experience Cloud (Community Cloud)

  • Exposure to large enterprise Salesforce implementations

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture & best practices

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification preferred (PD2 is a plus)
