Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end governance across all Salesforce workstreams
Act as the central coordination point across business units and delivery partners independently (no PMO support from client after introductions and orientation)
Own program-level plans, milestones, and sequencing
Maintain RAID logs and mitigation actions
Coordinate multiple vendor PMs and internal SMEs
Ensure dependency and delivery alignment
Provide executive dashboards and structured status reporting
Present risks, escalations, and decision recommendations
Act as primary owner of the Salesforce solution architecture
Review, challenge, and approve vendor architecture and solution designs
Enforce Salesforce best practices and enterprise architecture standards
Maintain architecture diagrams, decision logs, and governance artefacts
Define and enforce integration patterns and quality standards
Govern MuleSoft usage and API design practices
Review integrations with SAP, POS, OMS, Data Cloud, and custom systems
Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, reusable, and maintainable
Vendor Coordination
Align multiple Salesforce implementation partners
Enforce architecture, integration, and documentation standards
Review and assess solution proposals for new initiatives
Deliverables Summary
Mobilization pack (governance model, RACI, cadence, templates, baseline plan, baseline RAID)
Weekly status dashboard, RAID, decisions/actions, MoMs
Monthly portfolio health report, architecture/integration health summary
Quarterly steering pack, continuous improvement plan
Architecture review packs, ADRs, compliance/exception log
Portfolio architecture “single view” poster (one-page end-to-end map)
Integration pattern catalogue, interface inventory, design sign-off notes
Vendor scorecard, dependency tracker, proposal evaluation notes
Roadmap sequencing, licensing optimization report, enhancement planning
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, demonstrating expertise in project management methodologies.
- Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce implementations or related projects.
- Demonstrates strong experience in the technology industry, with a focus on cloud-based solutions and CRM platforms.
