Salesforce Technical Expert VaporVM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Expert to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on technical expertise in Salesforce development and architecture, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform customizations.

Location: Remote India

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design and development of Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Flows.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, high-performing technical solutions.
• Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Provide architectural guidance on best practices for data modeling, security, performance tuning, and application scalability.
• Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and enforce development standards.
• Participate in Salesforce release management, including sandbox strategy, deployment, and version control.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization.
• Strong command of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Experience working across multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community/Experience Cloud).
• Proven experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins) is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Apex programming, LWC, Aura Components
• Salesforce Flows and Process Builder
• Salesforce DX and CLI
• Integration and Middleware (REST/SOAP, MuleSoft, etc.)
• Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines
• Test automation frameworks for Salesforce (e.g., Provar)

Functional Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Client-facing experience is a plus

Education:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Preferred Certifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (Mandatory)
• Platform Developer II (Preferred)
• Salesforce Administrator
• Application Architect or System Architect (a plus)
