Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with walk-in customers to assess their needs and provide tailored product recommendations, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Master product knowledge and articulate features and benefits persuasively to drive sales and address customer inquiries effectively.
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records, including customer interactions, sales transactions, and inventory levels, using CRM software.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by consistently closing deals and following up with potential clients to nurture leads.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in indoor sales, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry, demonstrating a track record of success.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service techniques, and closing strategies to drive sales performance.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and Microsoft Office Suite for sales tracking and reporting.
