Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated, and dedicated Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a "market hunter" with a deep understanding of the local UAE business landscape and a proven track record in B2B office equipment (printers and photocopiers) sales. You will be responsible for expanding our market footprint by identifying new prospects while nurturing our long-standing client relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities
New Business Development: Proactively identify and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits to corporate offices, SMEs, and government entities.
Solution Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments for clients and recommend the right printing/copying hardware (New vs. Refurbished) based on their volume and budget.
Contract Negotiation: Prepare and present professional quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales for outright purchases, rentals, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
Market Analysis: Stay updated on the latest technology trends and competitor activities within the UAE office automation market to maintain our competitive edge.
Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and securing repeat business for consumables (toners/spares) and service upgrades.
Pipeline Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and future pipelines in our CRM system
Desired Candidate Profile
Industry Expertise: Minimum 3 years of direct experience selling photocopiers and printers in the UAE market.
Product Knowledge: Strong familiarity with major brands (e.g., Canon, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Sharp) and their technical specifications.
Local Network: A strong existing database of corporate clients in Dubai or the Northern Emirates is highly preferred.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to speak Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam is a significant advantage in the multicultural UAE market.
Personality: A dedicated "self-starter" with a professional demeanor and the resilience to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
License: A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory for this field-based role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
