**Sales Executive – Furniture Showroom**
**Company: AAF Furniture**
**Location: Dubai / Umm Al Quwain, UAE**
**Job Type: Full-time**
AAF Furniture is looking for a motivated and customer-focused **Sales Executive** to join our furniture showroom team.
The job location can be **Dubai showroom or Umm Al Quwain showroom**, depending on company arrangement and candidate suitability.
The ideal candidate should speak **English and Arabic**, have strong communication skills, and be able to assist customers in choosing suitable furniture for homes, villas, apartments, majlis, offices, salons, and commercial spaces.
**Responsibilities:**
Welcome customers in the showroom and understand their furniture needs.
Introduce sofas, beds, dining sets, mattresses, curtains, chairs, and other home furniture products.
Explain product materials, sizes, colors, customization options, prices, delivery, and installation details.
Communicate with customers through showroom visits, WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media inquiries.
Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.
Prepare quotations, confirm orders, and coordinate with the production and delivery team.
Maintain excellent customer service before and after sales.
Keep the showroom clean, organized, and presentable.
Achieve monthly sales targets and support the company’s sales growth.
Work at either **Dubai showroom or Umm Al Quwain showroom** based on business needs.
**Requirements:**
Must speak **English and Arabic** fluently.
Previous experience in sales, retail, furniture, home decor, interior design, or showroom sales is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Friendly, professional, and confident when dealing with customers.
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
Good follow-up skills through WhatsApp and phone calls.
Basic computer or POS system knowledge is an advantage.
Must be responsible, punctual, and target-oriented.
UAE experience is preferred.
Must be willing to work in **Dubai or Umm Al Quwain**.
