Key Responsibilities

• Sales Achievement: Proactively generate, qualify, and close sales leads to meet or surpass monthly and quarterly targets for Nice one s diverse products and services in Jeddah.
• Customer Engagement: Build relationships with new and existing customers via digital channels, phone, and in-person interactions, ensuring a positive customer journey from inquiry to post-sale support.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on Nice one s latest offerings, using your understanding to deliver helpful recommendations and address customer needs effectively.
• Order Management: Accurately process sales orders and manage customer data through digital and e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth delivery and personalized follow-up.
• Market Development: Explore and pursue new sales opportunities within Jeddah and nearby areas by networking, attending events, and engaging in promotional activities.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and customer care to create a seamless and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Reporting & Insights: Track sales results, monitor competitors, and gather customer feedback, preparing regular reports and actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience in retail sales, digital commerce, or e-commerce sales roles is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English, supporting lasting customer relationships.
• Proficient with digital sales tools, CRM systems, and online e-commerce technologies.
• Target-oriented, with strong negotiation and sales closing abilities.
• Organized and adaptable, able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
