Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect samples; verify forms, IDs, quantities, and condition.

  • Label, log, and register samples in LIMS; create work orders and track status.

  • Maintain chain-of-custody documentation and sample storage/retention.

  • Coordinate dispatch to sample prep and analytical sections; manage re-runs/retests logistics.

  • Maintain cleanliness of receiving area and basic HSE compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma/technical certificate preferred.

  • 2–4+ years in lab receiving/LIMS/sample tracking (mining lab preferred).

  • Strong attention to detail and document control.
