• Provide installation, configuration, integration, upgrade, testing and tuning/optimization services for new projects and on-going maintenance for the SAP S/4HANA environment
• Extensive knowledge in administration of SAP BTP
• Provide performance tuning, problem analysis, upgrades and system administration for S/4HANA databases and SAP instances
• Knowledge in performing client copies, system refreshes, and SAP troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of SAP Correction and Transport System and SAP Security management.
• Knowledge of single sign-on (SSO) solutions to portal and backend systems.
• Develop and execute SAP data archiving strategy for Enterprise
• Review and implement the recommendations of SAP EarlyWatch sessions
• Interact with SAP development teams, configuration teams, various technical support teams, and business stakeholders to optimize and maintain the overall SAP reliability, availability, and performance.
• Research, identify, and formally present opportunities to increase productivity, improve quality, and reduce costs for SAP landscape
• Maintain standard operating procedures and documentation.
• Provide technical expertise and functional knowledge on SAP Basis systems and applications
• Research new and better ways of solving business problems using SAP Technologies
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with the company s SAP applications owners, IT Infrastructure team and third-party OS/Network/DBA teams
• Mentor/provides technical guidance to other systems analysts, programmer analysts and SAP developers
