Roles & Responsibilities

Job responsibilities

  1. Project Delivery Leadership: Oversee the full lifecycle of SAP SuccessFactors implementations, from scoping and planning to execution and go-live. Ensure that all project deliverables meet the client s requirements and expectations.
  2. Team Management: Lead a cross-functional team of SAP SuccessFactors consultants, technical specialists, business analysts, and project managers. Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring the team works cohesively to meet project goals.
  3. Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and delivering solutions that drive business value.
  4. Solution Delivery: Manage the design, configuration, and integration of SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Succession Planning) according to client needs and industry best practices.
  5. Scope & Budget Management: Define the project scope, set timelines, and allocate resources effectively. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  6. Risk & Issue Management: Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks and issues that may impact the successful delivery of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. Proactively resolve any challenges or obstacles to keep projects on track.
  7. Quality Assurance: Ensure that the quality of work delivered by the project team meets SAP standards and client expectations. Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain high-quality deliverables.
  8. Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular status updates and project reports to both internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and clients. Maintain transparency around project progress, issues, and changes.
  9. Change Management: Lead change management activities to ensure smooth user adoption and system transition post-go-live. Provide training and support for business users to drive engagement and maximize the impact of SAP SuccessFactors.
  10. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery processes, tools, and methodologies, ensuring that future SAP SuccessFactors implementations are more efficient and effective.
  11. Mentorship & Development: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, ensuring their professional development and fostering a strong SAP SuccessFactors practice within the organization.
