Roles & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation and support of the SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) module.br> Configure EC based on business requirements including data models, workflows, business rules, and event handling.br> Manage integration with other modules such as Recruitment, Onboarding, and Payroll.br> Handle data migration, testing, and system upgrades during project rollout.br> Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify process improvements and ensure best practices.br> Prepare functional specifications, conduct UAT, and deliver training to key users. Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.
