Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Scaffolding Supervisor is responsible for planning, supervising and inspecting scaffolding erection and dismantling as per ARAMCO standards, ensuring 100% safety compliance and site accessibility for maintenance and construction activities.

  • Supervise erection, modification & dismantling of scaffolds in hazardous and elevated work zones
  • Check scaffold materials, tags, stability, spacing, supports & load capacities as per ARAMCO GI 8.001
  • Conduct daily scaffold inspections and certify safe access for work crews
  • Ensure scaffold platforms, guardrails, toe boards & fall protection are installed correctly
  • Monitor manpower deployment, work permits, risk assessments & method statements
  • Coordinate with execution teams, safety teams & work permit receivers
  • Prepare daily progress and inspection reports with photo documentation
  • Train scaffolders on safe work practices & emergency procedures

Desired Candidate Profile

Valid ARAMCO Approved Scaffolding Supervisor Card / Certification (Mandatory)

5 10 years experience in Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical projects
