Qualifications & Experience

• QTS and a relevant first degree.
• Master's in Education, NPQH or equivalent senior leadership qualification.
• 10-12 years' experience in education, including at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Significant experience in high-performing British curriculum schools.
• Evidence of sustained professional development in school leadership.
• A proven track record of raising standards and maximising outcomes for all learners.
• Strong experience in staff development, coaching, and effective delegation.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Deep knowledge of the English National Curriculum, assessment and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of UK and United Arab Emirates education legislation and regulatory frameworks.
• Expertise in whole-school evaluation and inspection frameworks (DSIB/Ofsted).
• Ability to lead effectively in a climate of growth, change, and innovation.
• Strong operational and financial leadership capability.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• High levels of emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity.
• Ability to empower, influence, and inspire all members of the community.
