Roles & Responsibilities

Provide inspirational leadership to faculty, staff, and students, promoting a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans that enhance student achievement and align with the school s mission and vision.
  • Oversee day-to-day school operations, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers to promote effective instructional practices and to support their professional growth.
  • Engage with parents and the community to foster strong relationships and build a supportive educational network.
  • Analyze and interpret academic performance data to inform decision-making and enhance educational outcomes.
  • Manage the school budget and resources effectively and efficiently, allocating funds to maximize student success.
  • Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards, maintaining accreditation and quality assurance.
  • Lead the development and implementation of school improvement initiatives.
  • Support a diverse school environment that promotes equity and inclusion for all students.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Education, Administration, or a relevant field (Master s degree preferred).

  • A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in an educational setting, with demonstrated success in school administration.
  • Strong understanding of curriculum development, instructional strategies, and student assessment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, faculty, staff, and the school community.
  • Proven track record of building positive school culture and enhancing educational outcomes.
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making and school improvement planning.
  • Commitment to educational equity and inclusivity for all students.
  • Eligibility for a principal certification or equivalent is preferred.
