Egypt Education Platform is excited to announce the opening for a Head of Department (HOD) for Science at our French School. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic leader who is passionate about science education and will drive curriculum development and departmental standards while teaching in French.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Science Department, overseeing curriculum design and implementation in alignment with the French educational standards.
• Facilitate and mentor science educators, providing support and guidance to enhance teaching effectiveness and student outcomes.
• Develop and deliver an inspiring curriculum that integrates inquiry-based learning and hands-on scientific experiences.
• Monitor and evaluate the department's academic performance and create strategies for continuous improvement.
• Promote a collaborative team environment, fostering professional development among staff through workshops, training sessions, and meetings.
• Encourage parental involvement and engagement in the science curriculum, enhancing the educational experience for students.
• Stay abreast of educational trends and innovations in science education, sharing insights with colleagues and incorporating relevant advancements into the curriculum.
