Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform screen printing on various materials such as acrylic, wood, metal, glass, plastic, fabric, PVC, and promotional items

  • Prepare screens, stencils, and emulsions for printing

  • Mix inks and match colors according to design requirements

  • Set up and operate manual and semi-automatic screen printing machines

  • Ensure proper alignment, registration, and finishing quality

  • Maintain consistency in print quality across multiple items

  • Inspect printed materials and correct defects if required

  • Clean and maintain screens, tools, and printing equipment

  • Follow workplace safety and quality standards

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; vocational training in screen printing is a plus.

  • Basic understanding of screen printing processes, equipment, and materials is essential.

  • Prior experience in screen printing, with at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience, is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with various screen printing techniques, including spot colour, halftone, and simulated process printing.

  • Proven experience as a Screen Printing Technician

  • Ability to print on multiple materials and surfaces

  • Knowledge of different inks and curing methods

  • Good understanding of screen preparation and printing techniques

  • Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines

  • Attention to detail and professional workmanship
