Responsibilities
- Work towards providing exceptional customer experience as a dive guide, instructor, and surface support.
- Ensure guest needs and concerns are managed professionally and efficiently to achieve the highest guest satisfaction.
- Deliver the highest quality in all training, guiding, or coaching sessions.
- Prioritize safety during all activities, promptly reporting any safety or quality concerns.
- Ensure all equipment meets high standards for safety, appearance, and fit. Coordinate with the maintenance team and assist in maintenance and repairs as needed to maintain a clean and well-functioning facility.
- Perform the duties of a Dive Safety Attendant when required.
- Fill scuba cylinders and mix gases as needed.
- Carry out other duties assigned by management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Padi Scuba Instructor certification.
- Certification in BLSD including the use of Oxygen.
- No open quality assurance cases with any diving training agency.
- Minimum of 3 years of diving experience.
