Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


As an Enterprise SDR, your focus will be on engaging with large organizations and

securing meetings with key decision-makers within our target accounts. You ll be

responsible for driving account-based outreach strategies, conducting in-depth

research to identify the right contacts, and ensuring that company is positioned as a

trusted partner in their digital transformation journey. This role requires strong

relationship-building, strategic thinking, and persistence to navigate complex

account structures and unlock opportunities.


Responsibilities:

  • Account research and mapping: Identify key stakeholders within target accounts, including decision-makers, influencers, and champions.
  • Tailored outreach: Develop personalized strategies for each account, leveraging insights about their business, industry, and priorities.
  • Building relationships: Engage with prospects at all levels to understand their needs and establish strong relationships
  • Securing meetings: Schedule and confirm meetings with high-value accounts for Sales Executives, ensuring alignment on their goals and challenges.
  • Coordinating with Enterprise Sales: Work closely with the Enterprise sales team to share account insights, track progress, and refine strategies.
  • Follow-up: Ensure consistent communication to nurture relationships and maintain momentum within accounts.


Qualifications:

  • A love for sales
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Knowledge of cold-calling sales techniques and strategies
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • A desire to learn and grow in the sales field
  • Bachelor s degree in business or related field
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in Arabic and English
