Role

Job Summary

The Secondary School Inclusion Learning Support Assistant (Thrive LSA) will support the effective delivery of lessons by encouraging students participation in curricular and extracurricular activities, addressing barriers that prevent learning, and providing specialist support to ensure success for every learner. You will join a professional learning community that values care, responsibility, collaboration, and the pursuit of excellence for all. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively in English and demonstrate a genuine interest in education and learning.

Required Candidate Profile

• Bachelor s degree in relevant subject, related qualifications in (e.g. SEND, ABA, SALT/OT Therapy, EAL) are required.
• Good spoken English and ability to communicate with staff and children in English. (Arabic preferred)
• KHDA Notice of Appointment, if available
• Prior experience working in secondary school / educational settings (British curriculum preferred).
• Interest in eco-literacy, nature-based learning, or sustainability education.
  
  

REMUNERATION

Competitive tax-free salary, private medical insurance and end of contract gratuity as per the UAE labour law.
