Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative operations, including phone calls, emails, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Maintain executives calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel booking.
- Prepare and format documents, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Support project teams with documentation, data entry, research, and client communications as needed.
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and coordinating with vendors.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Greet clients and visitors; ensure a welcoming and professional office environment.
- Perform other administrative or clerical duties as assigned.
