Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative operations, including phone calls, emails, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Maintain executives calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel booking.
  • Prepare and format documents, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
  • Support project teams with documentation, data entry, research, and client communications as needed.
  • Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and coordinating with vendors.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Greet clients and visitors; ensure a welcoming and professional office environment.
  • Perform other administrative or clerical duties as assigned.
