Roles & Responsibilities

Organizing and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence (in Arabic and English)
Coordinating appointments and meetings and preparing agendas and meeting minutes
Receiving phone calls, responding to them, and professionally transferring them to the concerned parties
Preparing reports and official correspondence, and typing and reviewing documents
Maintaining and archiving paper and electronic files in an organized and confidential manner
Following up on administrative transactions and coordinating with various departments
Supporting management in daily office work and other organizational tasks as assigned

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirement Open for Female Arab Nationals
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or any related university discipline
Full proficiency in the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking
Previous practical experience in secretarial or administrative work (preferred)
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs (Word Excel PowerPoint) and CRM systems
Strategic thinking and problem-solving with innovative approaches
