Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required by management.
  • Coordinate appointments, travel arrangements, and event logistics for executives and staff.
  • Maintain confidential files and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing necessary documentation.
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and service providers to facilitate business operations.
  • Contribute to a positive office environment by supporting team initiatives and company culture.
