Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and organize daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required by management.
- Coordinate appointments, travel arrangements, and event logistics for executives and staff.
- Maintain confidential files and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders to ensure smooth office operations.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing necessary documentation.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and service providers to facilitate business operations.
- Contribute to a positive office environment by supporting team initiatives and company culture.
