Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative and secretarial duties
- Manage emails, calls, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and official correspondence
- Maintain proper filing systems (physical & digital)
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Assist management with documentation and record keeping
- Ensure confidentiality of office information

Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as Secretary / Admin Executive
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Previous Gulf experience is an advantage
- Willing to relocate from India to Saudi Arabia
