Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative and secretarial duties
  • Manage emails, calls, appointments, and meeting schedules
  • Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and official correspondence
  • Maintain proper filing systems (physical & digital)
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Assist management with documentation and record keeping
  • Ensure confidentiality of office information

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Previous Gulf experience is an advantage
  • Willing to relocate from India to Saudi Arabia
