Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We re looking for a proactive Secretary/Office Admin to support our site operations in Dubai.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize project and office documentation
- Assist with payroll administration and timesheets
- Prepare and edit PDF documents and letters
- Create and update Excel trackers and reports
- Support with invoicing, quotations, and general correspondence
- Handle day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Basic experience in document editing (PDF, Word) Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Excellent communication skills in English
